SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

All of the products we provide are a SPECIAL ORDER

Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment of fifty percent (50 %) of the special order is due upon ordering.

Balance remaining on the invoice is due upon pickup of order.

Pick up & Storage Policy

For ALL Clients

30 day grace period to pick up items.

After 30 days you will be charged 10% of order, per month for a storage fee.

After 10 (ten) months (excluding grace period) all items are considered the property of Mendocino Door Company

Credit Policy For New Clients

Fill out credit application (processing may take 30 days or longer).

50 % (fifty) down payment upon ordering first order

50 % (fifty) upon pickup on first order

Credit Applications Directions New Clients

To speed up the approval time of your account request, please follow the directions below.

You must sign the credit application.

No processing will begin on un-signed, incomplete or faxed copies of applications.

We can only accept the original Mendocino Door Company credit application.

Credit information sheets on your software are unacceptable.
